CrossFit English

WOD = workout of the day

AMRAP = as many rounds/reps as possible, with a specific time constraint

metcon = metabolic conditioning

EMOM = every minute on the minute

box = a CrossFit gym

Rx = doing the WOD as prescribed/written (no modifications to movements or weights)
