I teach a yin/restorative yoga class at CrossFit Sunalta on Wednesday nights. I provide yoga props such as bolsters, blankets, straps, and blocks for your ultimate relaxation and stretchiness. The class provides a great full-body stretch combined with targeted mobility work, which will help you recover from all those crazy crossfit workouts we love to do.
Although I am a fully certified 200 hour Yoga Alliance teacher, my style of teaching is relaxed and I promise we won’t take ourselves (or yoga) too seriously. No singing bowls, incense, or chanting! 🙂
